Summer Yoga with Tara Thompson

Take time for yourself this summer and join Tara Thompson of The Quest Yoga for a gentle, beginner friendly yoga class, brought to you by Kildare County Council and Allenwood Campus.

Move mindfully, stretch, breathe, and unwind in a welcoming environment. Each session finishes with a relaxing Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga) meditation, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.

These classes are substantially subsidised.

Payment is €5 per 1.5-hour class.

Payment for all four weeks is required in advance.
