Allenwood Campus Wetlands Wastewater Treatment System

The Board and Management of Allenwood Campus are pleased to reaffirm the significance of the Wetlands Wastewater Treatment Plant project, first announced in March 2025 following the award of funding through the EU Just Transition Fund – Local Economic and Community Plans Scheme.

This innovative development represents a cornerstone of the Campus’s future growth and sustainability. In addition to supporting essential infrastructure, the wetlands system will enhance biodiversity, create valuable wildlife habitats, and contribute to the development of high-quality green spaces across the site.

As the project now nears completion, the Board and Management wish to extend their sincere acknowledgement and gratitude to the funder for its continued support in bringing this important initiative to fruition
